I'm Mary Grace, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am here to offer support so that you can reconnect to yourself and who you want to be. My approach to counseling is holistic and I will tailor it to meet your needs integrating mind, body, and spirit. I have an existential trauma-informed approach to counseling, focusing on self-awareness, meaning making, identity development, and relationships, all within the ever-changing human experience.

I specialize in working with grief, loss, life transitions, values work, those feeling lost or stuck, anyone who considers themselves in an existential or life crisis, and those who just want to understand themselves more to help create the life they want. Counseling is a collaborative process and I am here to support any goals you may have. I look forward to learning and growing with you.

I also offer neurofeedback which is a form of learning to retrain your brain waves and nervous system. It can be helpful for mood, anxiety, trauma, attention, emotion regulation, sleep, and headaches.

I actively work to decolonize my practice, acknowledging the different cultural views of mental health and benefits of many healing modalities. I strive to be an ally for the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I want to honor the land I work on, occupied by Asheville, NC, as land originally cared for by the Eastern Band of Cherokee.

What People Are Saying About Neurofeedback

Giving yourself the time to explore, reflect, and move towards your more authentic self is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and I’m honored to be a part of that.
